AikidoA traditional Japanese martial art with the goal of peacefully and effectively neutralizing confrontation through joint locks, throws, and pins. Weapons employed are the bo, jo, and bokken. |

Modern ArnisAn ecletic, practical, and complete Filipino martial art that employs double-stick, single-stick, stick-and-knife, knife, and empty-hand fighting, as well as the use of strikes, kicks, grappling, groundfighting, joint locks, throws, and disarms. |
Women’s Self-DefenseWomen are welcome in all of our classes at the HMAC, and exclusively so in our acclaimed Women’s Self-Defense seminars. |

Youth ProgramsYouth programs in Aikido and Arnis de Mano build positive traits such as discipline, courtesy, and self-confidence. In addition, our nationally recognized Escape School provides groups of children information to decrease their chances of being abducted. |
